Always assume that the people you work with have the capacities for greatness, creativity, courage and insight, and you will be much more likely to uncover, encourage, strengthen and support these qualities in them - Lilian Katz
Every Australian education and care program is unique, with particular curriculum expectations, environmental possibilities and challenges, and professional expertise and commitments. Jayne Kinley works with educators, service providers and managers, exploring professional practice, and the environments and experiences offered to children from birth to 12 years of age, and their families.
Quality Improvement
Individual and group mentoring programs focus on your particular requirements. Programs are designed to enable practice change across your education and care environments, and will support thoughtful preparation for assessment against the National Quality Standard.
Programs motivate deeper thinking about your approaches to continuous quality improvement under the National Quality Framework, and build a deeper understanding of the learning frameworks, Belonging, Being & Becoming, and My Time, Our Place.
